Refund Policy

Our Commitment

We want you to feel confident purchasing our services. This policy explains when refunds are available.

Before Services Begin

If you have purchased a consultation package but no services have been delivered yet (no calls held, no reports sent), you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing us. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Partial Delivery

If services are partially delivered (e.g., one call held but written report not yet sent), refunds are calculated proportionally based on what has been delivered. Contact us to discuss.

Full Delivery

Once all elements of a package have been delivered, refunds are not available. If you are unsatisfied with the service quality, contact us — we will work to make it right, including offering additional sessions where appropriate.

Insurance Products

Insurance policies are subject to the carrier's own refund and cancellation terms. We facilitate refund requests on your behalf where applicable but cannot guarantee refunds outside the insurer's policy.

How to Request

Email info@bangkok.team with your name, the package purchased, the date of purchase, and the reason for the refund request. We respond within 2 business days.

Disputes

If we cannot resolve a refund dispute directly, you retain your rights under applicable consumer protection laws and the chargeback procedures of your payment provider.
